Dehradun.,If we want to be healthy then it is very important that we protect the environment otherwise our future generations may have to suffer a lot which we cannot even imagine. Tampering with the environment is like inviting tragedy.
To focus on ecosystem restoration, the theme for this year 2021 is Ecosystem Restoration (. This year's theme of World Environment Day is to protect the environment by reducing the level of pollution, planting trees and reducing the increasing pressure on the ecosystem.
The objective of launching this campaign is to focus on the conditions of the atmosphere and ensure a safe future for our planet Earth. Anyway, Covid is going on, in such a situation one cannot even go out. In today's time, our society has become a very modern society, but there is a lot of damage to our environment from them, something must be done for our environment.
As the world is suffering from the COVID-19 crisis and India has seen many casualties in recent times due to lack of oxygen, the farther we go from the environment, the closer we get to diseases and we will become incapable day by day. If we had planted saplings, perhaps today we would not have had to worry so much, but we cut the trees as an obstacle in the way of progress towards modernity. Tampering with the environment is not only proving fatal for our health but is also a red alarm for the future. In moving forward leaving the environment behind, we believed that we will gain a lot, but in the name of losing, we will lose something that our mind and body will have to pay, so by remembering our duty towards the environment, we also take care of our health. You can get a boon. This mistake of ignoring the environment of man is taking him closer to diseases. It becomes the responsibility of every citizen to try to plant trees, so that this deficiency can be removed and the earth can be made a better place to live.
Dr. Sujata Sanjay told that there was a time when we used to run barefoot on the grass for hours and also remain healthy, no diseases and no worries. Everything was controlled from blood pressure to sugar in the lap of nature, but today there is no address around the grass. Even if there is a garden in the society, where does anyone have the time to walk barefoot in it? While walking on the grass barefoot in this way is very beneficial for blood pressure patients. If we feel tired throughout the day, then by going close to nature in this way, our body feels energetic.
Dr. Sujata Sanjay said that, the deteriorating mood of the weather is not only very dangerous for mankind, animals and plants, but it is also a serious threat to the environmental balance. Industrialization, increasing population, decreasing forest area, increasing caravans of vehicles and rapidly changing lifestyles are especially responsible for this problem taking a dire form of weather and environment. For the past few years, there has been an extreme decrease in the amount of rainfall, sometimes excessive rainfall, due to which floods are drying up, rising sea levels, frequent changes in weather patterns, tsunamis and earthquakes have created havoc all over the world. That is, frightening symptoms like the increase in the temperature of the earth are constantly visible.
Meteorologists believe that due to global warming, now every year the summer season is getting excessively hot. On the other hand, the rainfall has been below average for the last several years.
